Abstract

Brazil’s indebtedness is a phenomenon that has developed over the years, in a capitalist society the existence of consumption is crucial to the survival of the market economy, however, there needs to be a balance between consumer entrepreneur and wellness market when one of these breaking socioeconomic country’s economy has been, this is a worldwide problem, however in the case of Brazil, the situation is more complicated, because most Brazilian society is made up of small businesses and workers who earn on average a minimum wage, even with aggravation, the population of Brazil wants to have the knowledge of how to handle their finances, that is, get a financial education. In this context, we seek to form a government guarantee these consumers a human existence worthy aim Brazilian Constitution in its article. 1, because the person who ultimately can not pay their bills reach the state of superendividado leaving the feeling of being incompetent and failed, reflected in the mirror of your soul the violation of human dignity.
