Abstract

In times past service of process had a meaning related to lack of speed, resolution of difficult disputes and social merits and little credibility represented the poor efficiency of the state when the adjudication. The structure of the reception process was linked to the technological means at the time (historical moment), which had limitations in its performance and more than that, immeasurable consequences in various areas (social economic and environmental). Seeking to print more quickly to procedural requirements, the government, through the use of practices adopted outside of Brazil, implements the ICP - Brazil, the public key infrastructure in Brazil, a landmark institution in the whole paper and the national scene through the use and practice of digital signature and then 11.419/2006 law, which provided for the computerization of the judicial process.
