Abstract

Organizations have presented several strategies to improve their processes, services and ways of working with the need to align the professionals who work in them, since people are the biggest differential for achieving success. In this scenario, this research aims to identify the practices of coaching leaders that help in the development of leaders. Through a qualitative literature review, articles relevant to the topic within a period of five years were used as samples. It was found that leadership is improved through coaching practices in most of the findings aimed at self-assessment, feedback and improvement of basic skills that provide personal development, self-esteem, emotional control, confidence, favors the process of innovation and actions management, team integration, improvement of organizational results towards goals and objectives, favors decision-making, collegiality and positive communication.
