Abstract

The present study seeks to elaborate analyzes on the subject electronic credit titles, their limitations and implications in the legal container. In order to obtain a better understanding of the subject, we list its uses in the market, presentation form, present and materialized principles in the doctrine on the subject, as well as the possible contradictions about the evolution of the title of credit is made to the interpretations on the affair. The analysis was used of the method of deductive approach, through the presentation of arguments considered true, already validated by science and evidenced in the historical context. In this way, we adopted the data collection through bibliographic review and collection of jurisprudence to corroborate the thesis discussed, basis for the development of bibliographic analysis on the subject, which is the basis of investigation of the problem. Technological evolution brings with it innumerable possibilities of evolution and in that understanding the article makes next to the history of evolution of the titles of credit, analysis of its use identifying the technological forms and procedures available in the market, in order to guarantee legal certainty , reliability and transparency described in the current legislation.
