Title of credit and its electronic issuance

Abstract

This is an analysis developed based on Article 889 § 3º of the Civil Code, in which it allows the authorization of the issuance of securities in electronic form. This work, to further knowledge of the subject, address from the emergence of the debt claim to its evolution today, as well as explanará also about the process of legal developments to meet the requirements for the credit of the issuing in the middle electronic.
