Teenage pregnancy is a social fact which raises significant legal issues, so the present work has as research problem the question on the presence of parental authority for minors incapable. To achieve this scope, is used as a theoretical framework the Essay Paper on childhood and adolescence of the authors Maria de Fátima Freire de Sá and Taísa Maria Macena of Lima, as well as using the dialectical research approach method in contrast with ideas through a literature review, case law collection and analysis of content of legal arguments.
