Abstract

This article aims to give a brief analysis about the employee’s participation in the elaboration of collective labor standards as well as the connection of this type of regulation in the Brazilian legal system, from the perspective of Legistics. Therefore, it is necessary to pervade the study of collective right, the right to organize, and the Science of Legislation in order to elicit reflection on the effectiveness of autonomous labor norms in Brazil.
