Abstract

This article proposes to present to the teacher and the readers of this collection an accessible and didactic language the contents, even in a summarized way, about the legal personality. In the development of its brief chapters, it was tried to approach from the birth of the legal personality, as well as the types of companies, the possibility of contractual alterations and in general lines the reasons that can lead to the dissolution of the same ones; and in case there is a need to terminate economic activities listing the means and legal provisions that are premises for the extinction of legal personality.
