Abstract

Information science is contemporary in various fields of human knowledge in 21st century society. The technological revolution has transformed the way of interpersonal relation ship, promoting understanding and streamlining the information process. The Judiciary could not remain distinct in this current reality, gradually including the resources of information technology in its processes. Legislative progress in this area is sensitive in forensic practice, with significant consequences for the speed of jurisdictional provision. However, the challenge of the Judiciary Labor Force is still visible in order to implement an innovative and safe method, not only with re gard to technology, but also as a mechanism to facilitate access to justice in a country with visible social and cultural inequalities, Still, difficulties with regard to new technologies. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the positive and negative points of the computerization of the judicial process, the advantages and disadvantages of Law 11,419 / 06, as well as some other questions related to the matter, as a way of establishing this new judicial scenario.
