Right of credit
Disruptive requirement of market access
Keywords:
Crisis, Recovery, Credit, InsolvencyAbstract
The study is developed through an analysis of the recurrence of economic crises and state responses to overcome it. The credit, as a major element in a market economy, is the subject of a legal reinterpretation. The used method is deductive, starting from the general premise that all people can have access to recovery mechanisms because they are all subject to the crisis phenomenon. It is used to describe the institutions relating to the scope of the research, and proposes a new interpretation to the issues presented in order to contribute to the improvement of the science of law.
