Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study the reverse logistics of waste from health services (RSS), generated in the tattoo studios of Belo Horizonte. The idea is that this operation is feasible and advises the tattoo studios in the final disposition of the RSS, collaborating with sustainable actions. The mission is to approach the reverse logistics processes in the companies, belonging to the tattoo market in Belo Horizonte, seeking to contribute to the environment, recycling or reuse more and more the waste of health services, associating concepts of reverse logistics that help Organizations in gaining competitive advantage. Through a qualitative research, through a multiple case study, using as data collection an interview with the manager of the company, plus a semi-structured questionnaire; That through them it was possible to understand the current practic es of reverse logistics of RSS in this market. The results obtained showed that most companies use an RSS management plan, however, we still identify some organizations that did not pay attention to this methodology and the organization’s sustainable responsibility.
