Leadership styles in higher education institutions

A case study at an HEI of the RMBH

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the leadership of a MRBH IES to identify the profile of leadership and direction of the course coordinators. To achieve the proposed objective was used literature research methodology for the theoretical basis of the proposed theme and semi-struc tured interviews applied to the director of IES and course coordinators to collect information about leadership practiced by them. However, the main results of the research was the identification of a democratic leadership for all involved.
