Analysis of the perception of the quality dimensions of coworking spaces in the city of Itabira/MG

Coworking presents an opportunity for individuals starting their professional careers, fostering partnerships and networking by facilitating information and knowledge exchange among users. This article aims to assess users' perception of quality in Coworking spaces in Itabira/MG, aiming to identify respondent profiles, satisfaction based on the five dimensions of quality, and expectations compared to an excellent shared space. It is a quantitative, descriptive study conducted through field research. The universe comprises four Coworking spaces in Itabira/MG, with a census sample where questionnaires were sent to the four participating Coworkings, resulting in 31 responses. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics. It was found that 31 individuals choose these environments primarily due to staff service and the sense of security provided by the space. Regarding perception, it was observed that the spaces satisfactorily meet clients' needs, with emphasis on security, reliability, and responsiveness. In terms of perception compared to an excellent space, it was noted that companies should seek ways to adapt the space to convey security to service users.
