This article aims to analyze aspects of leadership and retaining talent in the Information Age and Knowledge. Being the information the foundation of organization and knowledge the basic resource for a new economic order, human capital is seen as a trainer of the firm's intellectual capital and essential to its success. Leadership emerges as a key element of this new era that requires people with a global mindset that they can mobilize employees to achieve organizational objectives. The scientific methodology used for the production of the article was theoretical research based on the reading of books, research papers and essays on the theme. No empirical research was conducted, since the work is specifically theoretical nature.
