Abstract

The study economically analyzed the feasibility of creating a personalized and specialized product for women's shoes made to measure for feet of different sizes. The investment analysis was carried out through a case study, thus elaborating cash flow and determining economic viability indicators. Cash flow was determined based on the preparation of investment, expense and income spreadsheets for a five-year project horizon. Some viability indicators were used to analyze whether the project is viable or not, namely: Payback, Discounted Payback, NPV and IRR. In the analyzes carried out, it was found that the result of all the indicators analyzed together generates economic viability.
