The impact of quality management in the productive processes of the company RV Uniformes LTDA

Abstract

This article aims to present the relationship between quality management and impro vement of production processes in RV Uniformes Ltda through the use of some tools and the influence of a quality management model. The differential provided by the implementation of the Brainstorming tools, GUT Matrix, Cause and Effect Diagram, PDCA, 5W2H and also the 5S methodology. In order for the improvement process to take place in the best possible way, it is important to structure, organize, measure and document the processes to be improved, as the expected result is when quality tools are used for the various activities, processes and procedures. Nowadays, quality is no longer a differential and it becomes an indispensable pre requisite for the success of a company, but adapting the desires of the customers and the ca pacities and competences of the organization, bringing a competitive advantage to productivi ty while maintaining the final quality of the product or service. The search for theories through f ive tools and a methodology enabled the elaboration and proper exemplification of the propo sals, objectives and problematization of this work. RV Uniformes opened the door so we cou ld explore and make this study happen through the analyzes and contacts made with company managers. The final consideration that can be reached allowed a new look at the causes of the main problem, allowing the improvement of some processes and consequently productivity.
