Abstract

This article describes the main legal issues surrounding euthanasia, key to understanding the issue and its implications criminal concepts are defined. Euthanasia involves a controversial issue, namely, the freedom to dispose of the right to life itself, so the issue is very sensitive and deserves greater attention from legal scholars.
