The purpose of this article is to analyze the processes of an air conditioning system, f ictitious AIRMAX company created in the Strategy and Sustainability Simulator (SES) of the discipline of Business Games I of the course of Business Administration of the Faculty of Minas Gerais (FAMIG). use of the quality management tools, the use of the BSC methodology and the PDCA cycle. Given that, increasingly, today’s society has demanded from companies a strategic vision of their business. And to be effective in this environment, companies need to diagnose the influence of environmental changes on the results and choose appropriate strategic alternatives to keep the company adjusted to the demands of the environment. In addition to the economic result, the company needs to incorporate the Environmental and Social dimensions into its management for its long-term sustainability. The financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth perspectives proposed by the Balanced Scorecard methodology add value to the company and to the clients. The study, with the use of the SES simulator, showed that the strategic elimination of any type of waste generated through the continuous improvement and careful analysis of the internal processes, as well as the use of learning and knowledge, enables a better placement in the market and consequent customer loyalty.
