Abstract

This article aims to address the importance of Quality Management in the sales sector of a multinational through relevant aspects that can contribute to the internal methods of the area. Methodologies and tools are presented that help to improve the quality of services provided, thus reducing non-compliance and consequently improving customer satisfaction.
