Abstract

This article has not the intention of exhaust subjects and will demonstrate the question of moral damage and the problem between existential damage and loss of time. Throughout the text will be treated the concepts of existential damage and the loss of useful time relating its aspects and features with the moral damage, responsability and civil reparation. Will be discussed subjects concerning to damage in relation to time, after all, the time is a something indemnifiable? Which the nature in the current legislation? These are the main aspects that will be discoursed this work.
