Abstract

The article aims to assess whether the state can be held responsible for property crimes searching through deductive approach methods, literature review of research technique and collec- tion of legal and empirical foundation jurisprudence to reach a satisfactory and effective response that has the power to assist the victims of these unlawful to reclaim what had been taken from him abruptly, setting up all the circumstances it must be assessed from the perspective of objective or subjective responsibility.
