This research in the scope of motivation, satisfaction and quality of life in the work environment aims to know the existing theories on the subject, seeking to expand the degree of knowledge on the theme motivation, satisfaction and quality of life in the work environment. It is understood that this is a theme that must be worked on in organizations, aiming to improve productivity, personal relationships, thus improving the organizational climate.
