Abstract

In this text, a survey is carried out on manager actions that result in better training and motivation of people in Public Administration, in order to provide the well-being of servers and, consequently, a better provision of public services. For its development and conclusion, surveys of management practices adopted in the private sector were carried out, followed by a reflection on the application of such measures in public organizations. As sources of consultation, research was used on websites and blogs available on the internet, especially in articles by professionals in the area of ​​human resource management and professionals specialized in consulting and coaching.
