Guardian and guardianship of the children of restricted parents

Abstract

The change in paradigms in the care of children's rights operated in our country from the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, is reflected in all areas of knowledge, covering the systems of health, education, protection and justice, which includes the ills of the Brazilian prison system. In view of this, this article proposes to discuss with professionals from different areas of knowledge the right to family life for babies whose parents are deprived of their liberty, especially with regard to the legal status of these children. For this, it had a Literature Review on the theme chosen for the approach, based on data located on platforms such as Scielo, Repository, Google Scholar, Published magazines and personal collection.
