Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the responsibilities of Brazilian public security bodies, elucidating the challenges and perspectives, and also exploring the responsibilities legally attributed to public security bodies in Brazil, including the Federal Police, Federal Highway Police, Civil Police, Police Military, Military Fire Brigades and Criminal Police. Understanding these responsibilities is essential to evaluating the performance and effectiveness of public security in the country. This multidisciplinary study sheds light on a crucial topic for the order and well-being of Brazilian society.
