Abstract

This theme brings the study of how to deal with digital heritage in the Brazilian legal system without its codification. Bringing a debate about your need for coding with technological advancement. In view of a possible draft of Law N° 8.562, of 2017, Mr. Elizeu Dionizio, who does not follow the code for its codification, for example the Project is currently inert, having its need nowadays. However, with this lack and the need for information so that it is codified so that it is legally clarified in the world of information that maintains our society.
