This Course Completion Work (TCC) explores the modernization of public administration in Lagoa Santa, with an emphasis on the implementation of the online Habite-se process as a significant advance in this context. The study addresses the challenges faced by municipal management, such as bureaucracy and lack of transparency, highlighting the need for innovative solutions. The structuring of the Habite-se online process is detailed from its conceptual foundations to the design and development of the system, including the training of those involved. Assessment of implementation impacts reveals concrete benefits, such as increased operational efficiency and greater user satisfaction. Furthermore, challenges overcome, strategies adopted and future perspectives for continuous improvement of the system are discussed. This study highlights the importance of administrative modernization and the use of innovative technologies for improving public services and the sustainable development of cities.
