Abstract

The general objectives of this article are to propose a model to improve work motivation programs based on the worker's motivational profile and show the importance of a motivating work environment, aiming at improvements throughout the organization. The specific objectives are to identify the main steps in the development of a motivational program and identify employee satisfaction in relation to remuneration and the opportunity for professional advancement. Analyzing the banking and telemarketing sectors, the article proposes to the reader to know how the environment is taken by demands for goals and results that lead its employees to psychological illnesses. The present study, therefore, aims to find the answers to these very important questions in the context of labor relations through research and theories that have such an influence on business results and on the employee's psychological health.
