Abstract

This article aims to show the importance of Relationship Marketing through the CRM tool.
The availability of information and the great competition of the market are making the customers
more demanding and infidel. Therefore, this article aims to analyze how the company Terral works
Relationship Marketing along with its clients. To carry out this research, the descriptive, applied
and documentary research. Through the results obtained, they demonstrated that the company
needs to have a closer follow-up of these clients through the CRM tool.
