Abstract

The paper discusses the Vital Testament, an expression of the prior will demonstrated by the patient in the terminal state of his life. This is possible thanks to the 1988 Constitution which brings a protection of freedoms to an autonomous life and dignified life. Life and death are analyzed because this proximity of thought already brings some discomfort, but it is necessary to understand that all will pass through death, for certain is the birth and imprecise the day that willdie. The Vital Testament aims to guarantee the principle of the Dignity of the Human Person as one of the fundamental principles, in the twenty-first century with the experience of the State Democracy of Law, in this respect, it is of the utmost importance to respect the will of the individual.
