The impact of the dismissal and the difficulty of replacement in the labor market in the worker’s life

Abstract

This article was developed in order to report the difficulties faced by people in re-em ployment after layoffs in the period of crisis in which Brazil is located. In this article we describe the current unemployment rate in the country, waiting time to re-enter the market, and even what barriers workers faced in this period. In order to approach this subject, bibliographical references and research were used through a questionnaire with open and closed questions to several people in the Prado of Belo Horizonte, among the reports, a large part of them went through difficulties of repositioning to the labor market, financial difficulties and in some even more serious cases even suffer from illnesses such as depression, caused by dismissal or lack of employment.
