Equity of rights in relation to the paternity license for homeafetive couples

Abstract

This article studies the search for equality of rights in relation to paternity leave for homosexual couples. It expands on the new concepts of family from a great evolution of society. It defends, based on the principles, the importance of the figure of the parents in the first days of the child’s life, regardless of sexual orientation, and also, a protection and guarantee of rights to these family entities, since our Brazilian legislation does not follow this progress.
