Abstract

This work aims to analyze customer satisfaction in the process of analysis and approval of credit for the purchase of real estate by Caixa Econômica Federal. The program Minha Casa Minha Vida Caixa Economica Federal is an initiative of the federal government to offer reduced conditions attracting low-income families to finance housing in urban areas of large cities in Bra zil. The main methodological aspects used to reach the proposed goals are the use of descriptive research and data collection through semi-estructured interview with qualitative and quantitative approach.
