Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation in the workplace has
caused a paradigm shift in labor relations and employment contracts. In the sense of
this investigation, the application of these technologies to employment contracts raises
numerous questions about how they will influence agreements of this type and what
premises they must address, as well as which workers' rights are at stake, along with
ethical and legal problems
