The right to basic education and its challenges

The importance of law in the basic education network is of paramount importance, as according to art. 3 of DECREE-LAW No. 4,657, OF SEPTEMBER 4, 1942, “no one excuses himself from complying with the law, claiming that he does not know it”. It is in this sense that the rulers should rethink, which is the subjects taught in basic education, commonly known as education and, speaking of education, social life is ruled by laws that, currently, the individual will only have access through the University education. From this point, an idea of a real education is born, which prepares the life of the citizen in the social environment through the implementation of law before higher education, as already exists in other disciplines. In this vein, this article aims to direct the implementation of law in basic education, the ways and challenges to achieve this goal, which will obviously form a new generation of people much more civilized, a nation that really understanding what is in line with the social life, as well as in the ethical and moral sense.
