Abstract

The present study aims to analyze whether the constitution of a Family Holding Company results in fraud against creditors, as well as its implications in the legal and business context. It is noteworthy that the main objective of the family holding is to protect assets and optimize the tax burden, making it an essential strategy for families who wish to preserve their assets, especially in succession planning.
