Abstract

This article discusses the main difficulties women face in entrepreneurship, as well as possible solutions to overcome them. Female entrepreneurship is an increasingly relevant topic in today's society. Women have increasingly distinguished themselves by undertaking in various sectors. Difficulties in accessing financial resources, reconciling work and personal life, lack of trust and respect, lack of mentoring and support, prejudice and gender tolerance are addressed. To overcome these difficulties, it is important to create policies and initiatives aimed at gender equality in entrepreneurship, as well as valuing women as entrepreneurs.
