Abstract

The present work will discuss the separation of powers in the Republic of Brazil, covering a little about its operation, the functions of each and the atypical activities the theme by each one, a little about the historical origin of the distribution of animals, to end when we open a discussion about the independence of powers and harmony for an interference that exist between them.
