Platform for online reporting of cases of violence against women

Abstract

Historically, the female being has been fighting several injustices imposed by society in a general context, being considered a universal problem. Violence against women is defined as any act or conduct that causes death, harm or suffering to women based on gender. This work aims to create a virtual platform service in which it is possible to later register the occurrences of violence against women, as well as the possibility of making complaints and requests for protective measures, which until then were not possible take in virtual platform in the State of Minas Gerais. Minas already makes available to citizens the possibility of making other types of occurrences via the platform of the Virtual Police Station, and in view of the risks brought by the COVID-19 pandemic faced worldwide, as well the possibility of mitigating the damage caused to the victims, it would be of great importance for the citizen that the State should make this service more available to the population of Minas Gerais. And throughout Brazilian history, and the benefits brought by each achievement achieved, this work will show that each result obtained in order to seek equal rights is a further step towards a better society and closest to humanity.
