Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the school inclusion of people with autism and the existence or not of compliance with law 12.764 / 12 by school managers in accepting the enrollment of the student with High Spectrum Autistic - TEA. The pedagogical unpreparedness of teachers to deal with special students is proven by the literature and reinforces the objectives of this discussion. It will be shown how important the training of educational managers is in the care and personal and social development of people with special needs. It will deal, in particular, with the right to school inclusion of the ASD holder to guarantee their fundamental rights, as well as the effectiveness of the rule in the realization of such rights. The school's main role is that of training, socialization and inclusion, being extremely necessary for the development of any citizen, including those with special needs. The methodology used involved bibliographic research through doctrines, articles and legislation on the theme, in addition to demonstrating what is determined by law and describing the reality of people with this disorder and the search for qualified teachers to deal with inclusive education.
