Abstract

The present work carried out from a theoretical review of the theme, of an exploratory and descriptive character, in criminal sciences, forensic psychology, legal medicine, Criminal Law, Constitutional, among other disciplines, using primary sources such as current legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence that deal with the subject as well as secondary sources (books, articles, magazines, specialized publications, interviews, reports made by the written press and official data published on the internet) and an enriching interview with two criminal experts working in the area. Seeking to deliver quality research to those who seek to better understand the universe of serial killers.
