Abstract

Trafficking in persons is considered to be the third most profitable form of trafficking in the world, having only trafficking in arms and drugs before it, so we have it as a current and extremely important issue worldwide. In this work, we bring to the discussion the human rights involved in this human trafficking situation, including the commercialization of children for the purpose of sexual exploitation and trafficking in organs, to be used in illegal transplants or even in legal transplants, with the falsification of documents Necessary for such transplants. In the case of the commercialization of organs, it is also discussed the protection of the legal good, which will be better explained in the body of work
