Abstract

In this work, the importance of including reverse affective abandonment as a hypothesis of disinheritance will be analyzed. The reverse affective abandonment will be analyzed in this work, in view of the very serious consequences that they have on the victim, as well as the need to update the hypotheses provided for in the Civil Code. An initial concept will be made about the most well-known affective abandonment, which is the affective abandonment of children. Soon after, reverse affective abandonment will be conceptualized. Subsequently, an analysis will be made regarding the forms of exclusion from the succession and finally, the possibilities of disinheritance in the reverse affective abandonment will be presented, using the qualitative method for that.
