Abstract

This article seeks to analyze the crime of International Trafficking in Women for the purposes of Sexual Exploitation in the contemporary world. In this sense, the objective of this work is to analyze the current crime of international trafficking in women for the purpose of sexual exploitation, reporting the effects of globalization and the ease that criminals find in carrying out the crime. Throughout the article, the historicity and legislation of human trafficking will be discussed. The applicability of Law 13.344/15 and the difficulty of identifying the crime of international trafficking in women. Contemporary trafficking of women for the purpose of sexual exploitation and public policies to combat it. The methodology applied to prepare this article is bibliographic, which consists of exposing the thoughts of authors who wrote on the subject discussed, using books, articles, doctrines, laws, among others.
