Abstract

The familiar term has undergone changes and paradigm shifts. It is understood that the legal changes related to the family come from the evolution of the social body. The importance of the Law following the dictates of society is determined, taking into account that the Law needs is correlated with social changes. Prior to family changes, filiation was based solely on blood patterns, that is, the family was only determined on the basis of proof of the biological link. However, after the collective changes, other family formats emerged, but the present work will seek to limit the socio-affective affiliation. The term socio-affective affiliation occurs through affiliation based on love, respect and affection.
