Abstract

The aim of this work is to carry out a comparative analysis between ethical-sustainability relationships in the agro-industry and civil construction sectors, based on the possible exchange of useful information between them, through a possible application of knowledge arising from surveying and geoprocessing techniques. , this with a view to a possible reduction of environmental impacts, increasing the competitiveness of the sectors and the search for a positive implementation towards sustainability in them (as a proposition). To this end, we sought, through bibliographical research of an exploratory and speculative nature, to compare the knowledge produced so far in both areas on the aforementioned subjects. The results obtained pointed, a priori, to a great possibility of dialogue between them, however, the main challenge encountered for the consolidation of this was precisely the lack of a synergistic and totalizing approach to the themes, which until the present moment, and are addressed in isolation. Another important factor, verified in the results, is the need to carry out experimental research, which aims to verify in the field the applicability of the exchange of strategies and tools, duly based on surveying techniques, between both sectors, especially those linked to a possible use of techniques present in the so-called “precision agriculture” on medium and large-scale construction sites.
