Abstract

Managing large events is a challenge that requires seriousness and expertise from its organizers, so that everything happens and materializes the way it was idealized. It is in this context that Campori, as the main event of the Pathfinder Club of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is named, has been studied and restructured, so that it can meet the necessary requirements for good event management. Due to the complexity of the variables that involve its planning, it is imperative to establish project management and risk management, with the aim of minimizing the negative impacts and maximizing the qualities of these events. Thinking about how to meet this premise, descriptive research was carried out, of a quali-quantitative nature, with the objective of evaluating previous editions of the event, to raise problems that occurred, minimize them and verify points of improvement in its management. It also proposes the creation of a metric for measuring and evaluating the level of satisfaction of the participants of the event, to later work on their deficiencies in order to reach the general average. In view of this, there was a gain in event planning, in which it was able to effectively and assertively create a structure for its realization, estimate costs, raise resources, measure and outline actions, in order to improve the degree of satisfaction of participants, assigning volunteers to activities, enabling greater control and meeting deadlines and identifying quality requirements and their fulfillment.
