Abstract

The objective of this work is to analyze through a literature review the strategies of sustainable management with the supply chain and reverse logistics. Sustainability does more than improve product quality; It can also improve customer relationships. Focusing solely on cost when considering manufacturing inventory will not be enough. Customers become loyal to brands they share their values with, which is why you should invest in sustainable practices that reduce waste and use ethically sourced materials. The bibliographic review method allows including experimental and non-experimental research, obtaining the combination of empirical and theoretical data that can lead to the definition of concepts, identification of gaps in the areas of study, review of theories and methodological analysis of studies on a given topic. This method requires resources, knowledge and skills for its development.
