Abstract

This article aims to analyze the possibilities of reanaatomization of conoid lateral incisors, aiming to present solutions for reanaatomization of the conoid upper lateral incisors, in an aesthetic, functional and lasting way, being developed from the hypothetical deductive research, through the Google academic and Scielo databases, so it was possible to identify that microdontia is a dental anomaly that affects the lateral incisors, known with conoid teeth, being a tooth with root in normal size but with a crown in smaller size and with conical shape, and can be hereditary in deciduous or permanent dentition, affecting a certain of 1.03% Of the world population and of prevalence in the female sex, its treatment is given by reanatomization indirectly or directly with the use of composite resin that presents several advantages, among them the preservation of the dental structure, a fast procedure of lower cost, presents an aspect of naturalness and excellent durability, around this nowadays aesthetics is a great influencer of self-esteem in society because it is it that transmits the personality and trust of people, thus making a tireless search for the perfection of the smile and for professionals who work with the individualization of their patients, with humanity and That delivers the correct techniques of a conservative treatment, so we can conclude that for a more aesthetic and functional treatment of conoid lateral incisor teeth the most indicated is direct reanaatomization with the use of composite resins, making it a low-cost procedure, fast, conservative and readjustable service and easy to perform.
