Based on the articles developed throughout the content, the selected patient is part of the ASA II physical status classification, in which it is an important tool for the preanesthetic assessment of the patient. Thus, it is used in several studies because it has a close relationship with anesthetic morbidity and mortality. She was subjected to a dental restoration, in which she needed to undergo anesthesia due to hypersensitivity at the site. It is extremely important for the professional to know the risks arising from local anesthesia when not used correctly according to the patient's demand, such as high toxicity, drug interactions, local changes in soft tissues, infections, necrosis and even paralysis. In general, complications can be easily avoided by using correct techniques and proper handling of instruments and anesthetic solutions. Thus, it was described in this content, all the clinical demand of the patient in the Dental Clinic in an objective and accurate way of all the procedures performed until the present day.
